Having just found a copy in a charity shop, all I can say is ... Brilliant!
Definitely not what I expected from BF at all, and some VERY different performances from our beloved India and Sylvester!
Quote:Boy meets girl... boy and girl get therapy!
Tess (India) and Mickey (Mark Brailsford) are a couple having problems with their relationship. Their answer? Go see a counsellor. Unfortunately, this may turn out to be a very bad idea. The Counsellor (Sylvester) has problems of his own - his marriage to Inga, a blonde beauty, thirty years his junior for instance. Can the Counsellor help Tess and Mickey? Does he really know the secrets of a good relationship? Or is he more interested in his Cub Scout of the Year Award?
Very funny, oddly surreal, quite moving in away, and great live performances (Mr Briggs on SFX) make this an enjoyable way to spend an hour.
You'll never listen to Charley in quite the same way after hearing some of Tess' lines ...
"omnia audite, omnia videte, nil dicite; omnia edite, omnia bibite, nil prodigite; nunquam aliquid, nisi pro vobis, inhonorati facite"
